You send us your file (latest blood work, serologies, prescription). Our nephrologist reviews it and prepares your dialysis stay.

A reply within 72 working hours with your confirmed slot, practical arrival information and the team's direct WhatsApp contact.
Documents to prepare
What we need to confirm your slot
- Latest blood work — FBC + Biochemistry (less than 1 month old)
- Up-to-date serologies: hepatitis B, C and HIV less than 6 months old
- Dialysis prescription signed by your treating nephrologist
- Contact details of your treating nephrologist (for liaison)
- Proof of identity (passport or national ID card)
- CNAS, CASNOS or complementary insurance certificate
Recommended lead time: contact us at least 1 month before your stay. Last-minute bookings remain possible but are not advised — they depend on the availability of a station.
How much it costs
Transparent coverage
If you are affiliated with CNAS or CASNOS — your sessions are fully covered through direct billing. No upfront payment. Simply bring your Chifa card and your certificate.
If you are from the diaspora with European complementary insurance — we provide you with a clear quote before your stay. Many French, Belgian or Canadian insurers reimburse dialysis abroad on production of supporting documents.
If you are not affiliated — a transparent rate provided in writing before your arrival. No surprises on departure.
Medical follow-up during your stay
The same standard of precision as in a European centre
We regularly welcome diaspora patients accustomed to French protocols. Here is what stays the same — and what can be added to your follow-up during the 2 to 4 weeks of your stay.
Dry weight & hydration measurement by bioimpedance
For stays of two weeks or more, a multi-frequency bioimpedance measurement may be offered to tailor your prescription during your stay. A non-invasive measurement, two minutes, integrated into your visit.
