CPAM prior agreement
Log in to your ameli account or make an appointment with your fund. Request an administrative agreement to cover dialysis outside the EU. Without this agreement obtained before departure, no reimbursement will be possible.
- 2Weeks 2 to 4
SE 352-05 I and II forms
Provided for under the bilateral France–Algeria convention, to be completed with your treating nephrologist (medical section) and your CPAM (administrative section). Form I certifies your entitlements, form II formalises the request for scheduled care.
- 3Weeks 4 to 6
Send us your file
By email or WhatsApp, at the latest 3 weeks before your arrival. Our medical team validates your file within 48 working hours and confirms your slots.

What we need from your treating nephrologist
- Up-to-date dialysis prescription (frequency, duration, dialyser, anticoagulation)
- HBV, HCV, HIV serologies dated less than 3 months ago
- Most recent full blood panel
- Dialysis logbook for the last 3 months
- Latest Kt/V and reference dry weight
- Copy of your CPAM agreement and of the SE 352-05 forms

Arriving in Algeria
From Oran to Sidi Bel Abbès — 80 km, about 1 hour
The main arrival airport is Oran Es-Senia (code ORN). The A1 motorway takes you straight to Sidi Bel Abbès.

The practical questions you ask yourself before coming
Can I dialyse with you if I do not yet have the CPAM agreement?
Yes, you can be treated, but no reimbursement will be possible on your return without the prior agreement obtained before departure. We strongly recommend waiting for the CPAM's response before finalising your trip.
Will my top-up insurer cover the amount above €86.95?
That depends on your policy. Many top-up insurers complete the CPAM allowance for care abroad. Contact them before departure with your quote — we provide a personalised one after reviewing your file.
Do the serologies and documents need to be translated?
No. Documents in French are accepted without translation. Reports in English are also accepted.
Are your slots flexible if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp: we move your session to the nearest available slot, with no additional charge.
How do I settle the invoice on site?
An original paid invoice is always handed to you, in the format required by the CPAM (itemised, stamped, in French). The accepted methods of payment are stated in your personalised quote.
Can I come in an emergency without notice?
We give priority to files prepared in advance, for your safety and for the running of the unit. In a life-threatening emergency during your stay, call 14 (SAMU Algeria). We do everything we can to welcome you as soon as your condition is stable.
Can I dialyse at home during my stay?
Home dialysis is not offered. We provide in-centre haemodialysis, in safe and supervised conditions, subject to validation by your referring nephrologist.
